Welcome to Team Brown, Moira and Dan. Our goal as REALTORS is to provide you with the best service possible, and to be there for you every step of the way in your current or future real estate needs. As our clients, you are guaranteed our best efforts, care, and professionalism along the way.
Moira has been a REALTOR since 2002. A graduate of Davenport Assumption High School (‘81), Moira attended UNI, Scott C.C. and A.I.C. in Davenport. Before receiving her real estate license, Moira worked in the travel industry as a travel agent. Prior to that, she was raising five kids, working part time so she could be home full time as a mother. All five of Moira and Dan’s children are young adults now, starting and raising families of their own.
As a Quad City native, Moira has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. Understanding your specific needs, she will assist you in navigating through those needs, and eventually help you in selling or finding the right home for you.
Dan joined Moira as a REALTOR in 2022, thus forming Team Brown. Dan is a Chicago native, born and raised on the Southwest side, graduating from Brother Rice High School (‘82). He attended St. Ambrose College to play football, graduating in 1986 with a degree in Biology/Secondary Education. After working as an educator for ten years in Chicago and the Southwest suburbs, Dan and Moira moved back to the Quad Cities in 1996. Dan received his Master’s degree in Educational Administration in 2002 from Western Illinois University. His experiences as a teacher, coach, and administrator have given Dan the opportunity to build many relationships and rapport with people. Through the years, he has helped and worked collaboratively with multiple people in finding solutions and helping those in need through difficult and stressful situations.
Moira and Dan are proud to call the Quad Cities home, and look forward to helping you in any way they can with your real estate needs.
