Dan & Moira Brown were great! Could not have been better. I got the house I wanted with their help. Literally, the seller told me after the closing that I was selected from other similar offers because of their personal relationship with Dan. He was the seller's football coach at Assumption. We loved working with Moira! She was so helpful and on top of things - we found our home two days after staring our search. She was there every step of the way from the showing to the closing. She did a great job answering the millions of questions we had as we are first time homebuyers. Can't say enough great things about our experience! We'll definitely use Ruhl&Ruhl in the future.
